Attendance at Board Meetings

Board Meetings are public meetings and as such anyone can attend and observe the general business sessions, in accordance with the Standing Orders and the Recording, filming and reporting of public meetings policy.

Attendance Register

Your members attendance at Board meetings is recorded in the minutes of every meeting. An attendance register is also included in the Annual Report each year ending 31 March, which can be viewed and downloaded from our Financial Statements webpage.
